Özet

Dinobutonisafungicidewithadinitrophenolgrouppesticide,anditselectrochemicalbehaviorwas investigatedbycyclicvoltammetry(CV)andsquarewavestrippingvoltammetry(SWSV)onamultiwalledcarbonnanotubepasteelectrode(MWCNTPE).Firstofall,optimumparameterssuchaspH, steppotential,frequency,pulsamplitude,depositiontimeand,depositionpotentialwerespecifiedby usingSWSVontheMWCNTPE.Inthenegativepotentialscans,twocathodicpeaksappearedat nearly−480mVand–760mVduetothenitrogroupsonthemoleculeandthesecondsharpone appearedat−760mV(versusAg/AgCl)wasusedforanalyticalpurposes.Thelinearworkingrange wasfoundtobewithin3.74–25.8μMontheMWCNTPEbySWSVinpH7.0BrittonRobinson(BR) buffersolution.Thelimitofdetection(LOD)andlimitofquantification(LOQ)valueswerefoundto be0.73μMand2.43μM,respectively.Theinterferencestudywasconductedinthepresenceofsome pesticidessuchastriasulfuron,azinphos-methyl,bromoxynil-octanoate,dialifos,fipronil,vinclozolin,iprodione,procymidone,andsomeselectedmetalionswithal.Furthermore,theproposedmethod wasalsoappliedtoapplejuice,tapwater,andgrapejuice,andpercentrecoveries(%)weredetectedas 105.9±4.3;98.3±0.9;103.7±2.5%withrelativestandarddeviationsof4.0,1.0,and2.4%, respectively.Ontheotherhand,percentrelativeerrorswerecalculatedas5.90,1.65,and3.74%, respectively.Highrecoveriesandlowrelativestandarddeviationsindicatethattheapplicabilityofthe proposedmethodinbothmatrixandrealsamplesissatisfying.
